Title 1 Parent Survey
Dear Parents,
As part of the documentation necessary for our school to receive Title 1 funding, we are required to ask parents to take part in a survey. If you prefer to complete this survey on paper, please let Mandy know and I will send it home with your child. If you wish to complete the survey electronically you will find the link below. The paper format may be returned to school with your student or turned in at the office. Whichever format you decide to use, please have it submitted no later than May 1st. Thank you for your help.
